Join us on Thursday, September 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the Food Bank’s Milford Garden as we serve up fresh, local flavors alongside other amazing chefs and farms, all to support a great cause: fighting hunger in our community. 🌽🥕

Dessert Demo 🍎 Stag Run Farm

HLFM celebrates apples with a special 10 am Demo featuring Dru Tevis, of Brûlé Bakery, and Lenore Brady of Stag Run Farm. Lenore will talk apples—varieties, history, and much more. Chef Dru will feature an apple recipe. As usual, there will be samples of his deconstructed apple pie at the Demonstration.

Dessert Demo 🍑 Bennett Orchards’ Peaches

Everything will be peachy in the demo tent at 10 a.m., when Henry Bennett, a sixth-generation farmer from Bennett Orchards, talks about what it takes to grow Bennett peaches. Then, Pastry Chef Dru Tevis and Chase Cline, owners of the new Brûlé Bakery, will take those peaches and make a fabulous dessert. Tevis will be preparing caramel vanilla bean panna cotta with fresh Bennett peaches.
