Everything will be peachy in the demo tent at 10 a.m., when Henry Bennett, a sixth-generation farmer from Bennett Orchards, talks about what it takes to grow Bennett peaches. Then, Pastry Chef Dru Tevis and Chase Cline, owners of the new Brûlé Bakery, will take those peaches and make a fabulous dessert.
